D. Scott Bloom, CFP CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Professional

iScott.net is D. Scott Bloom, CFP and a consortium of professionals and resources focused on one goal: Empower others to be financially successful and confident through knowledge-based coaching and training. We accomplish this through very personal and active management of client assets and demonstrating by example.
Founder’s Bio: D. Scott Bloom, CFP.
From an early age, I aspired to “go to business” and have never let go of that natural passion to produce results. Namely, I find satisfaction in empowering others through encouragement and coaching by example. With over 21 years experience as a registered representative (series 7), I’ve held positions in the traditional wire house, bank and independent channels. Each of these three professional perspectives comprises my overall understanding of what the problem is. Thus, I have begun to solve the problem by launching iScott.net.
Problem:
Clients have a justified distain and mistrust for Wall Street and the capital markets and subsequent misconceptions about these systems. They find them unreliable, unpredictable and sometimes intimidating. Thus, clients hesitate at making confident financial decisions in a climate of information overload. It’s hard to know who to listen to when everyone making noise claims to have “the” right answer.
Solution:
Empower clients with fact-based knowledge experiences, encouragement and coaching to develop actionable, long-term strategies for wealth building and maintenance. In essence, help clients to find “the” right questions.
